Narrated On-Line Microsystems Lectures

Introduction to Microtechnologies and Microsystems is an easy-to-understand introduction to the exciting world of microtechnologies (microelectronics, optoelectronics, micromachines, microsensor) and microsystems. The lecture was created using Microsoft Producer. It is 1 hour and 20 minutes long.

Producer has the following requirements:

• A high speed (not dial up) internet connection
• A PC running Microsoft Windows (400MHz or higher; 128K RAM or higher)
• Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) (Version 6 or higher)
• The lecture will not run using any other browser (e.g., Netscape, AOL, MSN)
• Microsoft Windows Media Player (Version 7 or higher) To run the lectures

To run narrated slide show:

1. Connect to the web
2. Open Internet Explorer
3. From Internet Explorer open this page
4. Click the lecture link below to start
5. When file has loaded, click on Play in upper left corner
6. If your computer asks if you can load any Microsoft files, please say yes

If you experience problems:

1. No sound - Check the speaker volume is turned up and that mute is not set on PC
2. Try rebooting and running it again
